Joe and Jolene’s wedding ceremony was hosted in St. Peter's Parish Church, a lovely place with a high Victorian design. The ceremony started off smoothly - I’d positioned myself in the best spot to get some great shots of the couple of exchanging their vows - but when some guests forgot the words to one of the hymns, the priest had to quickly step in and pass around the lyrics! We all had a good giggle over that - it’s a moment no-one will forget! After that, we went to the reception at Worsley House. The venue is full of old-school charm; I love the arched wooden ceiling and the hanging chandeliers. It is so quirky and just the right size for an intimate"do". The surrounding area is really nice, especially the river, boats and bridge! In the evening, Joe and Jolene had their sweet first dance. It wasn’t planned, but it was heart melting to see the couple just hold each other in their arms, and they really liked it when they saw the video I’d taken afterwards.
