Hi! I’m Christy, a full-time wedding photographer with a heart full of love for what I do. Capturing the sweet, genuine moments between couples is my absolute passion—I’m a firm believer in love stories! Fun fact: I fell in love with my British husband and moved to UK, even though I’d never been to an English-speaking country before. Love gave me the courage to take that leap, and it’s the same kind of beautiful, brave love I aim to capture when couples say “I do.” I’d be honored to tell your love story through my lens!

A Bit About Me
I'm an award-winning wedding photographer who believes in creating authentic, heartfelt images that tell your unique story. When I'm not behind the camera, you'll likely find me reading books in Waterstones, exploring quaint British villages, and browsing vintage shops.
I specialise in natural, contemporary wedding photography that focuses on real emotions, genuine moments and true-to-life colours. My approach is largely unobtrusive — I’ll gently guide you when needed for group photos and couple portraits, but the rest of the day is about you simply enjoying it. I’ll be there in the background, documenting everything as it naturally unfolds with your family and friends.
Whether you're camera shy or love being in front of the camera, I aim to create a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere so you can feel fully yourself. The result is a collection of images that feel honest, natural and true to your day.
Just as importantly, I believe great photographs start long before the wedding day. I take the time to get to know my couples, understand what matters most to them and make sure you feel comfortable throughout the process. My goal is for you to feel relaxed, supported and confident that every meaningful moment is being captured.
Many couples tell me they value how calm and reassuring the whole experience feels — from our first conversation through to the wedding day itself. For me, that experience is just as important as the photographs.
What Sets Me Apart
My work sits between documentary storytelling and a natural, considered approach to portraiture. While the heart of my photography is always about capturing real moments as they happen, I also love gently guiding couples when it comes to portraits or group photographs, creating something beautiful without ever making the day feel staged or interrupted.
If you’d like a few intentional couple portraits or creative group shots with your bridal party, I’ll always adapt in a relaxed and unobtrusive way so we can create images that feel natural, effortless and true to your day.

Before the Big Day: I'll hop on a video call to chat about your vision, answer any questions, and ensure we're the perfect fit. I'll share my full wedding gallery so you can see exactly how I capture a wedding from start to finish.
On Your Wedding Day: Think of me as an extra friend who happens to have a camera! I'll be there to document both the big moments and the little details, from your carefully chosen decorations to those spontaneous dance floor moves.
After the Celebration: You'll receive a carefully curated gallery of images that tell the complete story of your day, perfect for reliving those precious moments for years to come.

Where I work
While I'm based in Manchester, I regularly photograph weddings throughout the North West. I'm also more than happy to travel across the UK for your special day, from intimate Highland elopements to grand London celebrations.
